By downloading or using Wyred, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The Service

Wyred provides personality and relationship insights based on numerology, astrology, and Human Design, powered by AI. The content is for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. It is not professional advice (psychological, medical, financial, or otherwise).

3. Accounts and Data

Wyred does not require account creation. Your data is stored locally on your device. Some features require an internet connection to generate AI-powered content.

4. Subscriptions

  • Wyred offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription
  • Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings under Subscriptions
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use automated systems to access the app or its API
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Wyred are owned by Wyred. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

Wyred is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any astrological, numerological, or Human Design interpretations. The AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wyred shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
